I am a second year master student with Raphael 
I am interested in the biological relationship among genes and how transcription factors work together to regulate gene expression level.
As my master thesis, I try to do De Novo motif discovery in the sequences around STAT1 binding sites and find out the relationship between cis-module and the occurrence of transcription process.
