I am currently working on methods for the automated analysis of high-throughput, multidimensional clinical flow cytometry data.

Research Interests

Multivariate biomarker discovery for disease stratification, classification, diagnosis, prognosis, and outcome prediction.

Breast cancer and tumour-microenvironment interactions.

Statistical methods development for the analysis of high-throughput “omics” data.
