CURRENT WORK:

I am currently working in data transformations of flow cytometry with the aim of improving its component analysis.

I have also done some research on probabilistic methods to determine gene expression levels.

REASEARCH INTERESTS:

Probabilistic models, particularly stochastic differential equations applied to the analysis and control of biological systems.
